Dear Vendor:

We are so excited that you are considering becoming a vendor at IAFM India Fest 2025! India Fest 2025 will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the JetBlue Park at Fenway South located at 11500 Fenway South Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33913. Please see the options below and send your completed form and payment to secure your spot.

VENDOR STALL OPTIONS & PRICING

• Single Booth – 8’ table & 2 chairs - $500 
• Double Booth – 2x 8’ table & 2 chairs - $800
• Shared Booth* – 2x 4’ table & chair - $500

*booth shared by two vendors. See note below about shared booths.

3 EASY STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION AND SECURE YOUR SPOT:

1. Fill out the form with all the required information
2. Choose your payment option – check or credit card
3. Download, sign & date the agreement form, and email it to us 

SHARED BOOTH

$250 to be paid by each sharing vendor. A shared booth will be finalized once we receive payment from both vendors. Vendors are encouraged to find a sharing vendor for themselves. We can only suggest a sharing vendor in case we find a match.
